A versatile, mid-level pre-mixed, one-component chemiluminescent horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate appropriate for a wide range of antibody dilutions, Western Lightning™ ONE Femto can detect mid-femtogram protein levels in western blots with a high signal intensity.

Get accurate detection of both low and high abundance proteins in the same experient. Part of our premier line of premixed chemiluminescnet HRP substrates, Western Lightning ONE Femto offers the flexibility of mid-femtogram detection with excellent dynamic range.
