Transferring & Sampling

Liquid Transfer is an essential part of bio-manufacturing processes. For every clean or sterile transfer between different single-use, multi-use systems, or aseptic transfer through the walls of production areas or isolators, you will find the adapted Pre-Designed Solution from Sartorius®. Robust, sterile and ready to use Tuflux® Transfer Sets and Biosafe® Raft Systems create flexibility in all your process steps. Tuflux® tubing coils are also available to build your own assemblies.

With Tuflux® Tubing, you benefit from the purest Silicone and TPE tubing for the transfer of your critical fluids. Both tubing types have excellent extractable/leachable profiles and guarantee the highest cleanliness and safety across all process steps.

Takeone® Pre-Assembled and Single-Use Sampling Solution

Aseptic sampling devices are a critical component in an effective microbial control program. Samples collected with Takeone® are used to measure critical purity attributes such as bioburden, sterility and endotoxin levels and important process parameters like metabolites, nutrients, osmolality, pH and more. The Takeone® aseptic sampling device is a pre-assembled and single-use sampling solution. The 25mm, 1.5" or 2" device has 3, 5 or 9 fully-closed and independent sampling lines. Takeone® collects perfectly representative samples giving exact results with no risk of false positives.
