Stunner

Stunner is capable of simultaneously obtaining UV/Vis concentration and dynamic light scattering measurements from a single sample during a single run. By pairing these techniques, it efficiently addresses concentration, hydrodynamic size, polydispersity, and the detection of aggregates, all with a mere 2 µL sample requirement. Furthermore, it achieves precise concentration measurements with an accuracy level of within 2% and a precision level of within 1%.


The combination of UV/Vis and DLS also provides a unique means of evaluating the colloidal stability of your samples, generating kD or B22 data. Instead of relying on assumptions, Stunner accurately determines the concentration for each data point and combines this information with DLS data to illustrate how your protein interacts within the solution, offering valuable insights.

Aunty
