STANDARD Q HBsAg performs qualitative analysis by specifically detecting the surface protein antigens of hepatitis B virus in serum, plasma and whole blood using immunochromatography. With a simple test method, hepatitis B infection can be discriminated early, and with its high sensitivity and specificity, the screening test result can be obtained within 20 minutes.

Intented Use

STANDARD Q HBsAg Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) present in serum or plasma specimen. This test is for in vitro professional diagnostic use and intended as an aid to early diagnosis of HBV infection in patient with clinical symptoms with HBV infection. It provides only an initial screening test result. More specific alternative diagnosis methods should be performed in order to obtain the confirmation of HBV infection.
