Highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody conjugated with PhenoVue™ Fluor 594.

PhenoVue Fluor 594 secondary antibody conjugates exhibit bright red fluorescence and are validated for use in high-content screening applications.

Part of Revvity’s portfolio of cellular imaging reagents, the PhenoVue Fluor - 594 goat anti-rabbit antibody, highly cross-adsorbed, has a maximum excitation wavelength of 590nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 617nm.

PhenoVue Fluor 594 - goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, highly cross-adsorbed, has been cross-adsorbed against various IgG species such as rat, mouse, hamster, human, bovine, horse, or chicken serum to minimize cross-reactivity with other species.

Specificity and sensitivity are improved and background reduced with PhenoVue Fluor 594 - goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, highly cross-adsorbed.

It can be used in indirect immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, as well as high-content analysis and screening applications. ​​
