Cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody conjugated with PhenoVue™ Fluor 594.

PhenoVue Fluor 594 secondary antibody conjugates exhibit bright red fluorescence and are validated for use in imaging microscopy and high content screening applications.

Part of Revvity’s portfolio of cellular imaging reagents, the PhenoVue Fluor 594 - goat anti-rabbit antibody, cross-adsorbed, has a maximum excitation wavelength of 590nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 617nm.

PhenoVue Fluor 594 - goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, cross-adsorbed, is affinity purified and recognizes Rabbit IgG.

It can be used in indirect immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, as well as high-content analysis and screening applications. ​​

PhenoVue Fluor 594 - goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, cross-adsorbed, may display cross-reactivity with other species such as human or Guinea pig. For improved specificity and lower background, or in multiplexed applications, consider using highly cross-adsorbed PhenoVue Fluor conjugated secondary antibodies as an alternative.
