Cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody conjugated with PhenoVue™ Fluor 488.

PhenoVue Fluor 488 secondary antibody conjugates exhibit bright green fluorescence and are validated for use in high-content screening applications.

Part of Revvity’s portfolio of cellular imaging reagents, the PhenoVue Fluor - 488 goat anti-rabbit antibody, cross-adsorbed, has a maximum excitation wavelength of 495nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 520nm.

PhenoVue Fluor 488 - goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, cross-adsorbed, is affinity purified and recognizes Rabbit IgG

It can be used in indirect immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, as well as high-content analysis and screening applications.

PhenoVue Fluor 488 - goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, cross-adsorbed, may display cross-reactivity with other species such as human or Guinea pig. For improved specificity and lower background, or in multiplexed applications, consider using highly cross-adsorbed PhenoVue Fluor conjugated secondary antibodies as an alternative.
